The Cure, Petite Meller, Rico Nasty and Tsuneo Imahori's score — every confirmed needle drop in the season, by episode.

Opening and Ending Themes
| Theme | Song | Artist |
|---|---|---|
| Opening | 10:15 Saturday Night | The Cure |
| Ending | Watson | Petite Meller feat. Oslo Green |
Both themes were announced at Anime Expo in July 2026. The Cure's track is a 1979 post-punk single, an unusual choice for an anime opening and a deliberate one: the season is about people who are out of step with their own era.
Rico Nasty's “You Can't Run From Me” is the promotional centrepiece. It was written by Maria Kelly and Drew Polovick, produced by Polovick, and used in the second teaser before appearing in the series itself.

Episodes 3, 4 and 7 have no licensed needle drops confirmed at the time of writing. Those episodes are carried entirely by Imahori's score, which is why they feel quieter than the rest of the season.
The Original Score
Tsuneo Imahori returns from season 1 and handles the entire original score. His work here is more restrained than the first season's — fewer distorted guitars, more synth pads and low strings — which matches a story about people who can no longer fight the way they used to.
- “Welcome Back to Night City” — the season's main theme statement.
- “Analog Solitude” — Roman's motif.
- “Digital Parasite” — Capri's theme, built from processed vocal fragments.
- “The Long Walk Home” — used across the finale's quiet closing scenes.
- “Samba de Santo Domingo” — the Badlands sequence.
Where to Listen
The official soundtrack and score are distributed by Netflix's music partners and are available on the major streaming services. The Cure's original single is available on its own 1979 album, and Petite Meller's “Watson” was released as a single alongside the season.
