Who Is King's Team?
Before the story starts, Weak Kingsley ran a four-person crew. By the end of the first episode it is down to three, and by the end of the second it is functionally gone.
They are a deliberately ordinary crew. No legends, no gimmicks — a techie, a solo and a netrunner, competent at their jobs and completely unprepared for their leader's chrome to give out mid-extraction.

Their Roles in Edgerunners 2
Miguel
Miguel is the crew's techie and the one who gets Emily out of the wreck. He survives the Arasaka Industrial Park and spends the rest of the season hating Weak for it, which the show treats as entirely reasonable. Their confrontation at the Afterlife is the emotional end of episode 1.
Emily
Emily is the solo and the crew's moral centre in the handful of minutes she has on screen. She is the one who identifies what is happening to King, and she is the one who dies because of it. Her death is the season's first cost and the reason Weak cannot simply return to his old life.
Meshuga
Meshuga is the netrunner and the only member who stays. He is with Weak at the Afterlife, he agrees to help with the Soulkiller heist in episode 8, and he is the one who keeps the crew's memory alive without demanding anything for it.
